Shipping your gear can be daunting. Follow our packaging guide to ensure your item is protected in transit.
1. Select a sturdy cardboard box the correct size leaving around 1-2 inches between the item and the box.
2. Wrap items individually to avoid anything getting scratched or damaged in transit.
3. Pad out any remaining space within the box to prevent items moving around in transit.
4. If reusing a box, ensure that the box has not suffered any damage and any old labels are removed.
If you are shipping an item that contains liquid (smoke/haze machines for example), please ensure that this is removed and the unit has been drained prior to shipping to prevent fluid damage during transit. Gear4music cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and any item that reaches us in a damaged state due to inadequate packaging may be returned to you and any warranties voided.
When opening a return or trade-in via our online portal, you are able to select a service from one of our couriers or opt to send the item yourself.
