The Bach TR500 trumpet is an excellent choice for those thinking about purchasing their first instrument. Similar to the other instruments in the 500 range, the Bach trumpet was made with students in mind. At the front of the trumpet, there is a nickel silver mouthpiece receiver which is ideal for young beginners as the mouthpiece won't get stuck, meaning no need for expensive maintenance work. This leadpipe on the TR500 trumpet is made from high-quality red brass which is ideal for creating a warm tone.
On the bell of the TR500 there is a piece of steel wire soldered around the rim. This not only reinforces the bell of the trumpet making it more resilient to bumps and bangs, but it also helps with projecting the sound of the instrument. Similar to other trumpets by Bach, the TR500 features a thumb saddle around the 1st valve slide so the basics of intonation and tuning can be mastered early on. On the 3rd valve slide, there is a movable finger ring which ensures a comfortable grip - no matter the size of your hands.

To ensure that you have the best possible experience, Bach has included everything you need to get started. To keep the trumpet safe, the TR500 comes with a case that offers strong protection.
