Layer Mode and Partner Mode

With an incredible choice of thirty expressive and high-quality sounds built into the LP-380, you can play any two sounds together with Layer Mode. Partner Mode divides the keyboard into left and right regions, so two can play in the same pitch, at the same time - a useful tool for the teacher and student. What's more, two headphone jacks make it enjoyable for two people to play the piano together without disturbing others.

Powerful sound system

Thanks to the Korg's powerful amplifiers (22W x 2), the LP-380 easily fills the room you're in. With this sort of output, the LP-380 produces a rich tone with sonorous lows, sparkling highs, and gorgeous resonance. Korg even placed the large-diameter 10cm speakers below the keyboard to create a more enveloping sound to provide even greater realism.

Weighted hammer action

The touch of the LP-380 resembles the acoustic grand piano thanks to the Real Weighted Hammer Action 3 (RH3). This Japanese-made keybed feels great under your fingers, and will leave you wanting to carry on playing. As expected, the RH3 keybed has heavier hammers in the bass notes and lighter hammers in the treble, perfectly recreating the grand piano experience. This enables you to deliver an expressive performance while faithfully communicate every nuance of your style.

External USB / MIDI connectivity

Connect your LP-380 to an amplified speaker system or recording device using the Line Out stereo mini-jack, and the built-in metronome will ensure you always stay in time. The LP-380 supports MIDI, so you can use your LP-380 as a 16-part multi-timbral sound module.
