Equipped with fantastic electronics which offer many sonic possibilities, the Music Man Floating Vintage Tremolo Bridge allows you to pitch bend to your hearts content, knowing that the robust Schaller Locking Tuners will keep your guitar in tune. There is a 5-way pickup selector switch for the bridge humbucker and two single coil pickups, to cover a variety of different tones for a diverse performance. The Luke is loaded with a Dimarzio Custom Bridge Humbucker which is a powerful pickup that offers amazing tone and versatility which accommodates for all genres. Working alongside the 2 Dimarzio Custom Single Coil Pickups in middle and neck position, which were designed for Steve Lukather. These unique pickups provide the guitar with a meaty tone, packed with punchy attack and being active there is no background noise.

Comfortable Alder Body With Rich Rosewood Fingerboard

Crafted in the Music Man factory in the United States of America, the Luke is made from an alder body, which produces a strong and full bodied sound with plenty of sustain. The Luke's sleek, alder body offers amazing resonance as well as comfort. The alder body is carved beautifully with a double cutaway, making it remarkably comfortable no matter where you are rocking out. Featuring a rosewood fingerboard, the Luke guitar offers a rich and focused sound, which alongside the bright maple neck is a sonically pleasing couple.

Select Maple Neck Finished With Gunstock Oil & Special Wax

The Luke Electric Guitar features the classic narrow neck of Music Man guitars, which paired with the double cutaway body, allows easier access to the higher frets for a more versatile performance. The neck of the Luke is manufactured from select maple, which produces bright and twangy tones. Finished with gunstock oil and hand-rubbed special wax, the neck of the Luke guitar is exceptionally smooth and comfortable, as well as having that vintage, old guitar feel.

About Steve Lukather

Steve Lukather has had an amazing music career as the main guitarist in the American rock band Toto, as well as a successful solo artist. The Grammy award winner teamed up with Music Man to design and create his own signature electric guitar collection. Steve claims the Luke is a hybrid of all of the guitars he loved whilst growing up into music which makes it an incredible instrument to own and play.
