If compact, acoustic use and silent play weren't enough, the Jet Set Plus even has an option for stand-up performance. Perfect for buskers, percussionists and street performers looking for an ultra versatile set-up to call their own. The JSP's mounted triple tom holder is fully adjustable, allowing for the height extension required to play while you're stood up. Use the spare third rod to attach the snare drum, and you're good to go! See the linked video for a better idea of how this functions.

Mahogany's sonic prowess
The JSP's shells are built with 9 plies of mahogany wood. One of the more expensive and less common tonewoods, mahogany provides strong low-end and warm, highly resonant tones that are perfect for a drum set of this size. While these drums are much smaller than the average shells, there's still more than enough flavoursome punch to make a statement in a number of genres, from bossa nova to rock, and even Latin music. Prefer to play standing up? With rich projection, you'll have no problem making yourself heard on a busy high street. How do the silent mesh heads work?
Much like the heads you'd find on a good-quality electronic drum kit, mesh drum heads are a popular choice because they retain the feel and response of a traditional drum skin but make drastically less sound. Making them ideal for quiet practice and other low-volume applications. The bass drum and all of the toms (both rack and floor) in the Jet Set Plus Shell Pack have low-volume mesh heads attached. For the snare drum, a separate silencing pad is included. This simply rests on the top of the drum.
