Key Features
Product Ref: 4643
The lightweight construction offers users the ability to easily transport the speaker for use in multiple venues. Ideal for sound reinforcement and stage monitor situations, the MSR100 is a flexible speaker perfect for small events and gigs. You may mix the output from a CD player, rhythm machine or keyboard without needing a separate mixer or power amplifier.
With a 100-watt amplifier, the MSR100 delivers a powerful performance full of intensity. Operating with full dynamic range, the specially designed amp generates the purest sound possible. An 8" custom woofer concentrates on low frequencies whilst the 1" titanium diaphragm driver provides the highs. To ensure an even spread of sound, the MSR100 features a high frequency horn with 90° x 40° dispersion.
Designed for use within small venues and club gigs, the MSR100 is constructed with a selection of specific inputs and basic sound control. The rear of the power speaker is home to an effective mixer with 3 inputs and master EQ sound control. An XLR input accommodates for a variety of microphone or line inputs whilst the other two input connections allow line sources. Each input has its own level control and the two-band EQ adds more option for control. The clip indicator lets you know if the input signal is too high, allowing you to make changes to lower the levels whilst avoiding distortion. Should you need the speaker for larger venues, the MSR100 includes a special link out jack for connection to multiple units.
As previously mentioned, the MSR100's lightweight housing make it easy to transport. In addition to this, the speaker also features an integrated handle for easy, safe lifting. Users may place the PA speaker upright to act as a conventional means for sound reinforcement or laid on its side to be used as a floor monitor. Despite being lightweight, the material ensures durability with a polypropylene enclosure.
