Swamp Ash Body

Wes Hauch’s signature guitar has a body constructed from high quality Swamp Ash, making it lightweight, and resonant. The Swamp Ash creates an airy, twang tone that’s pleasantly sweet, offering firm lows, pleasing highs, slightly scooped mids, and an excellent amount of sustain. Also featuring black binding, black hardware, and a Floyd Rose bridge, the Schecter is given a satin white finish to create a visually stunning guitar.

Maple Neck, Ebony Fingerboard

A Maple neck gives the guitars tone some tightness and cut, providing an edge of sizzle to the highs and firmness to its lows. The Maple wood provides bright characteristics to the overall tone, whilst offering a snappy attack in the midrange. An Ebony Fingerboard delivers a balanced tone, offering a very responsive, bright attack with a smooth sustain. The natural feel of the Ebony provides a smooth feel, perfect for guitarists who enjoy playing fats. The guitar also comes with many other features including Grover machine heads, 24 stainless steel frets, a Floyd Rose locking nut and abalone lower offset dot inlays.

Seymour Duncan Pickups

The Schecter features a set of Seymour Ducnan pickups, with a Pegasus/Sentient setup to offer the perfect blend of articulation and aggression. The Pegasus humbucker is situated at the bridge position, and uses an alnico 5 bar magnet and custom winding specs to deliver rich harmonics with a prominent midrange and focused low end. Its high have a powerful “boom” when used at high gain, whilst the response can cut though the mix, keeping you tone clear. The Sentient humbucker delivers a balanced and versatile tone in the neck position, offering clean and fluid leads. With an articulate vintage output, the pickup has a dynamic response with a wide harmonic range.

Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo

Floyd Rose are one of the leading manufacturers of guitar bridges, using top of the range design techniques to craft outstanding quality parts. With a design that has stood strong for over 30 years, the Floyd Rose 1500 allows you to adjust the string tension and pitch to create unique sounds such as dive bombs. The bridge works in tangent with the locking nut for increase string stability and prevents the strings from detune after excessive bending.
