The Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 Amplifier Head is a compact and super light bass amplifier head that packs an incredible punch. Harnessing 500 watts of crisp, clear and defined bass tone driven by a class D power amp the Aguilar also features a range of controls such as a 3-band equalization, on board AGS (Adaptive Gain Shaping) drive for a valve style distortion, switchable input impedance and fx loop to provide all the tools to achieve professional sounding bass tones.

Incorporating dual Neutrik speakon outputs compatible with most bass cabinets the Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 Amp Head also utilizes a XLR Balanced output to the front of the unit with post/pre EQ and ground lift switch to provide a full and high quality tone when connected to a DI box. Whilst the addition of a -10dB pad switch located just above the input ensures for no clipping when used with active or passive pickups.
