The Plainsman Clean Boost from Walrus Audio was especially built to increase the volume of your instrument without adding overdrive to your sound. It simply gives your amp that extra push it needs to add emphasis to your solos, or even when the sound man fails to give you the right volume.
Easy to Control
With its basic three-knob layout and two toggle switches, the Plainsman provides you with the option to choose from an 8 decibel increase or 15 decibel increase from your existing volume. Its left toggle allows you to run your signal through the tone control or bypass it completely, for the optimum sound. When using the volume control, you can pick a signal between zero decibels and 8/15 decibels past your unity volume. With its professional quality, the use of an isolated power supply is recommended for the best performance, and daisy chain power supplies are not recommended.
